About Me

Ten years ago I was smoking, drinking and eating fast food for every meal. I was also very unhappy. Now I've turned into one of those people who carries essential oils with them everywhere they go and makes their own almond milk. How did that happen? I'm not sure exactly, but it was definitely a process. It involved a lot of trial and error, pain, joy, mistakes, failures, starting over, experimenting, researching, finding out what I like (and what I really, really don't like).

Above all, I have learned to give myself grace. I have learned that I'm not perfect (gasp!). I have learned to love myself at EVERY stage of the journey. I didn't wake up one day and decide to be healthy--I made small changes here and there, that turned into big changes in the long run. And I'm still learning and growing and failing and picking myself up and trying again. And it's FUN.

I started this blog to share tips, tricks, thoughts and ideas on living a healthy, happy lifestyle. I will include tips on exercise, recipes, how to use essential oils, how I take care of my emotional health and more! So come and join me! 💕
